Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Scientist to transform complex data into actionable business value. You will design experiments, build statistical and predictive models, and collaborate with business units to uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.
What You Will Do
Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets from relational and non-relational databases.
Build, validate, and deploy predictive models using machine learning techniques.
Create interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to leadership.
Design A/B tests and conduct statistical significance analysis on product features.
Work with data engineering to establish robust data pipelines and warehousing.
What You Should Bring
5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst.
Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn.
Experience building business dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
Strong foundation in experimental design, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical partners.
What Helps You Stand Out
Experience with big data technologies, specifically Apache Spark or Hadoop.
Prior work within a product analytics or growth marketing team.
Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
